I recognize that, in addition to performing, I may be required to assist with backstage tasks and fully embrace my responsibilities, giving my best effort in all aspects of the role.

I understand that any props or costumes provided to me, or created by me for the performance, should be returned to the designated person responsible for them.

If offered a role, I acknowledge that I may not always be selected for the same role in future or considered for a role in every performance.

I confirm that once I commit to a role or responsibility, I will follow through and not withdraw without suitable justification.
